It could be a great idea to find someone in the industry who is admired and ask for some mentoring sessions. You will be surprised how many people are willing to introduce you, guide you and help you steer your career path if you have a genuine interest.

Another way to prepare is to explore Government Initiatives. Governments often invest in initiatives to support workforce development in emerging industries. Keep an eye on government programs that may provide funding or resources for upskilling in specific areas.

Industry associations are also valuable resources for understanding the skills and qualifications that are highly regarded in specific sectors. Joining these associations can provide access to relevant resources and networking opportunities.

Message from the CEO

20th Anniversary - Recruitment Central

We’re really excited to share that we marked 20 years in business at the end of 2023. It’s been an amazing journey filled with growth, achievements, high’s and lows, babies, marriages and some really memorable moments.

Owning a recruitment agency was never on my To Do List but it happened in a typical Sandra organic way and here we are. I’m really proud of the reputation we’ve built within the industry, our track record of successful placements, and the service we provide to all our clients, both candidates and employers.

To celebrate this milestone, we’ll be taking a stroll down memory lane, reminiscing about our journey over the past two decades while keeping our sights firmly set on the future.

As a special treat, we’d like to share some throwback logos with you. These logos hold a special place in our hearts. The very first logo was a collaborative effort between my husband and son. At the time I saw it as a representation of the relationship between clients, recruiters, and candidates, it didn’t translate to others but that’s the beauty of running a business – we learn and grow every step of the way!

We are grateful for your joining us on this journey. Your support and trust have been invaluable to us. We’re excited to continue serving you and making a positive impact in the world of recruitment for many more years to come.

Thank you once again, and here’s to an extraordinary future together!

If there’s anything else you need assistance with, please don’t hesitate to let us know.
